The focus of my work is to help real estate professionals produce great photography to use in marketing their properties. I believe real estate is one of the most competitive industries and with most potential home buyers searching for their homes online, it has never been more essential to provide top-notch photos for marketing a property. I have a degree in media production, and I’ve always had an interest in photography. More recently, I’ve learned a lot about the business of real estate, and I wanted to be involved and apply my knowledge in both fields.

Several factors go into producing professional architectural photos. I always use a high-quality DSLRs with a wide angle lens and a sturdy tripod. We use a geared tripod head with levels to ensure proper vertical and horizontal alignment. I use supplemental lighting or bracketing to ensure perfect exposure, depending on the lighting situation. My camera settings and post-processing techniques provide consistently accurate color reproduction in every image.

My husband, Jonathan Mulkey, compliments my photography services with his experience in aerial imaging, video production, web development, and graphic design. We make a great real estate marketing team, and we would like to prove it to you!
